Property Prep: Homes must be Open House Ready prior to arrival, you will receive a checklist for further assistance. Any delays starting will cut into your scheduled time and could increase cost, turn around times or the need to reschedule on site. If prep time is needed, please book our Home Prep add-on. Contractors, cleaners, landscapers, stagers, etc should not be scheduled within 24hrs of our scheduled shoot. Photoshop removal of items requires additional charges. This includes real estate signs, which cannot be in photos for the MLS.
Revisions & Delivery: Includes up to 2 revisions. Final files are considered complete 48 hrs after delivery or last revision. Edits after that may incur a fee.
Payments & Access: Invoices due within 7 days of final delivery. Access to media will be allowed after payment is made. Payments after 7 days will incur a 5% charge.
